Construction Concepts consulting differentiates itself from other consulting organizations through our relentless effort to understand construction work as it occurs at the crew level.  Through work analysis (or Reactive Analysis) at the crew level, we determine what an organization and a crew's potential rates of production are given the "perfect world" scenario. 

We believe that the "perfect world" scenario and creating well planned and organized work environments for our crews is the ultimate goal. 

Process improvement and Performance Improvement in Construction operations is both the start and the end goal.  While we begin by taking the measure at the crew level, we work up and down the organization and project structure to ensure the prevention of accidents and waste (process waste) within a project and / or operations.
